  • Processing Time: In most cases, you will receive your package within 24 hours of purchase.

Refund Policy

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund if your PDUs are not approved by PMI. If you receive a rejection notice from PMI for any reason related to the content provided, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
  • Documentation: To process a refund, you must provide the rejection notice or other supporting documentation from PMI.
  • Exclusions: Refunds will not be provided if the rejection is due to factors unrelated to our service (such as incorrect submission on your part). We strongly encourage you to follow our step-by-step instructions for submitting your PDUs to ensure compliance.

Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-Delivery Cancellation: Cancellations are not accepted. However, if your PDUs are not approved by PMI as a result of issues with our content, our refund policy applies.
  • Post-Delivery Cancellation: Once your package has been delivered, cancellations are not accepted. However, if your PDUs are not approved by PMI as a result of issues with our content, our refund policy applies.
